The South County Democratic Club typically meets the first Wednesday of each month at the Grover Beach Community Center. We are taking July off to rest and re-charge from the bustling CA Primary Election & gear up for the Midterm Election in November.

Help Elect Jimmy Paulding!
This election will decide the balance of the Board (3-2 Dems). We need to keep our majority on the SLO County Board of Supervisors!
2026 California Primary
The last day to register to vote for the June 2, 2026, Primary Election is May 18, 2026.
All California active registered voters will receive a vote-by-mail ballot for the June 2, 2026, Primary Election.
Your county elections office will begin mailing ballots by May 4, 2026.
Ballot drop-off locations open on May 5, 2026.
Vote-by-mail ballots can be returned by mail, at a drop-off location, or your county elections office.
Vote centers open for early in-person voting in all Voter’s Choice Act counties beginning on May 23, 2026.
Vote-by-mail ballots must be postmarked on or before Election Day and received by June 9, 2026.

"Songs of Compassion" with BAY LOVE MUSIC and SRCC at PUFFERS!

Join us for an evening of community building, inspiring music and delicious food & wine at Puffers of Pismo! Singing Resistance Central Coast will be opening with a group sing. BAY LOVE follows with our "Songs for Compassion" show, including plenty of peace anthem sing-a-longs! We will also be collecting $ donations for 805Undocufund's Mutual Aid Support Network to assist our immigrant neighbors affected by SLO Co. I.C.E. abductions. Let's gather, increase awareness, protect our communities, and celebrate the beautiful world we are collectively rebuilding! Thanks, Charlie, Puffers is the place! There will be a $5 cover for this event.

Meet at the Arroyo Grande Library & pick up a packet of 50 door hangers to place at voters’ homes in Arroyo Grande. We’ll provide instructions, addresses & door hangers. No knocking/talking to voters, just put in your headphones & get your steps in while you’re helping Jimmy across the finish line on June 2nd!
